Terms and Conditions of IZI PERU
Introduction
Welcome to IZI PERU!
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and IZI PERU, based in Lima, Peru, for the tours and activities we offer.
By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.
Reservations and Payments
- All reservations require full payment in advance to secure your spot.
- Certain excursions require closing reservations a few days before departure to facilitate hotel bookings or ticket purchases.
Cancellations and Modifications by the Client
- Cancellation or modification conditions are detailed on each excursion page : Flexible Or Strict
- Any booking made with a discounted rate or promotional offer cannot be cancelled. Only one date change may be considered, subject to availability. In case of a date modification, if the tour includes advance ticket purchases, any costs related to the issuance of new tickets for the new date will be entirely at the client’s expense.
Cancellations and Modifications : Flexible Policy
- For reservations with the ‘Flexible Policy’: Date changes are free up to 3 days before departure.
- In case of cancellation, 90% of the amount will be refunded up to 3 days before departure.
- From 3 days before departure, no changes or cancellations can be made, and the reservation will be charged at 100%
Cancellations and Modifications : Strict Policy
- For reservations with the ‘Strict Policy’: For certain excursions where booking is mandatory in advance for ticket reservations, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Cancellations and Modifications by Izi Peru
- In the event of force majeure preventing the execution of the tour, IZI PERU will provide a full refund to affected clients.
Travel Insurance and Accidents
- Clients must have personal travel insurance. IZI PERU does not cover accidents or incidents occurring during activities.
- The client acknowledges that certain activities may involve risks related to transportation, extreme sports, or outdoor activities, and agrees to assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries resulting from these activities, thereby releasing our company from any liability
Complaints and Claims
- Clients have a 48-hour period post-service to submit any complaints or claims.
Rights and Obligations of Clients
- Clients are expected to adhere to conduct and safety rules communicated by IZI PERU and its guides. Respect for other participants and venues is mandatory.
- Clients are obligated to provide a valid email and/or WhatsApp contact information and to be ready at the departure time specified for their tour.
Miscellaneous Provisions
- IZI PERU reserves the right to use images taken during tours for marketing purposes unless a written objection is received from the client.
- Clients agree to the use of their data for marketing purposes unless otherwise indicated in writing.
