The 15-day retreats or Diets are a period of deep healing and self-exploration. It is open to those people who want to cure a specific disease or want to learn the path of traditional medicine.
Once the retreat begins, participants can come periodically to continue their learning of the master sticks or plants.
The Diet, in Traditional Medicine, is a demanding process of bodily and spiritual cleansing and purification based on medicinal plants and a meticulous traditional diet. Its essence is learning, the direct connection with the spirits of the plants and the progressive mastery of the mind, to reach a greater understanding of the spiritual world. These vary according to the needs of each person. The healer will select the vegetable to be fed according to the case.
In order for an individual to learn the path of the master plants, he must first be purified. And the ideal environment is a remote place, in a solitary cabin, surrounded by nature for a minimum of 15 days, without electricity, TV, or any element of daily life that causes the mind to be distracted.
