Itinerary: Wari Ruins Tour
We leave from Ayacucho, heading northeast of the city, to visit the Wari Archaeological Complex known as the first Andean empire.
Visit to the Wari Site Museum, the Great Temple, the underground chambers of the Monjachayuq and Cheqowasi neighborhoods.
Then we will visit the artisan workshop of the masters who will teach us the entire ceramics process in the town of Quinua, a typical place that has cobblestone streets and tile roofs that give a peculiar attractive and cozy appearance that is characterized by being clearly a Potter.
After lunch, which are typical and Novo Andean dishes, we continue the tour of the Historical Sanctuary of the Pampa de Ayacucho where the battle of Ayacucho for the Independence of Peru and Latin America took place, te consequence of the war was the end of Spanish tyranny in South America.
You will also be able to appreciate the Obelisk that measures 44 meters in height.
Then return to the city.
