From the village of San Bartolo you walk more or less horizontal in in half an hour towards the viewpoint over the Mausoleums of Revash. These mausoleums are located in a huge rocky mountain wall and consist of several small houses with pitched roof tops. Its polychrome walls are protecting figures of important and powerful persons from the Chachapoyas culture. After Revash you wil vistit the interesting Museum of Leymebamba with lots of information about the several cultures that have lived in the Chachapoyas area. The museum shows a great collection with more than 1000 objects, including 219 mummies which were partly found in Laguna de los Condors. The collection also includes old, ceramics, carvings and weapons.
